SHIPPING FAQ
When will my order be shipped?
It generally takes us about 2 business days to process and ship your order but could be up to 7 business days from when your order is placed for your order to ship. It could take another 24 to 48 hours to receive further updates once you receive your tracking.
What are your shipping and handling fees?
Currently our N.American shipping charge is based on your location.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is packed. Delivery dates vary based on time of year and location.
All shipping charges are subject to change.
The customer is fully responsible for all duties including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed by your country at the border prior to delivery. The selected carrier will collect these charges prior or at time of delivery.
Product prices listed on anaandzac.ca do not include any customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other fees or costs associated with international deliveries (as these costs differ by country).

We offer express shipping with tracking on international orders at a fixed rate. This option and rate is available at check out under shipping options. This does not include any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been dispatched?
We are unable to redirect an order to a different address once it has left our warehouse. If you need to cancel your order or change/ edit your shipping address please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make necessary changes once your order has been processed.
What happens if my shipment is returned to you?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide their correct and FULL shipping address including but not limited to their unit and/or buzzer number.
If the order cannot be safely delivered upon attempt(s) in most cases it will be held locally for pick-up. We ask that customers monitor their tracking information and follow the instructions in the event of a failed delivery attempt.
An order returned to us due to an incomplete address or failed delivery results in the customer being responsible for an additional shipment cost prior to reshipment.
If an order tracking number states delivered we cannot be responsible if the order is not received by the customer. It's the customer's responsibility to make sure their address is safe to have packages delivered and must monitor their tracking to ensure a safe delivery.
Is my package insured?
All orders are currently shipped with Canada Post, UPS and Fed Ex based on several factors like geography.
All orders ship with a tracking number. Your tracking number is for you to ensure that you are aware when your order will be delivered. We are not responsible for lost packages while in transit however we would be happy to assist you with further information on making an insurance claim. Please contact support@anaandzac.ca for help regarding making a claim.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package.
