When will my order be shipped?

On domestic (Canada) orders, it takes about 24-48 hours from when the order is placed for it to ship. When we experience increased sales volumes, typically around the holiday season, it may take up to three days before we can dispatch the order.

For international orders (outside of Canada) it usually takes us 48 hours from when the order is placed for it to ship as we need to verify payment information on all orders before shipment. When we experience increased volumes, typically around the holiday season or during a promotion, it may take us up to 4 business days to dispatch an order.

 

What are your shipping fees?

Domestic (Canada) + International (outside of Canada)

Our integrated shipping solutions offers many services to pick from whether you on are on a budget or timeline. You can pick what service you prefer from the many options offered at check out. On occasion, we may offer shipping promotions.

Duty and Taxes – the customer (the party ordering the goods) is fully responsible for all customs fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed by your country at the border prior to delivery. The selected carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Product prices listed on anaandzac.ca do not include any customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other fees or costs associated with international deliveries (as these costs differ by country).

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Our shipping provider does not allow packages to be delivered to PO Boxes.

 

Can I change my shipping address
once my order has been dispatched?

We are unable to redirect an order to a different address once it has left our warehouse.
Be sure to provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

 

What happens if my shipment is
returned to you?

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide their correct and FULL shipping address including but not limited to their unit and/or buzzer number.

If the order cannot be safely delivered upon attempt(s) it will be held locally for pick-up. We ask that customers monitor their tracking information and follow the instructions in the event of a failed delivery attempt.

Any order returned to us due to an incomplete address or failed delivery attempt will be returned at the customer's expense, and the customer will be responsible for the additional re-shipment of their order.

 

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from us to the shipping address.

Once your items have been delivered to the specified shipping address, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package
